About me

It all began when…

the internet transformed from static text and images into a dynamic, media-rich landscape, ushered in by the advent of Flash. The first time I experienced Flash, it was a revelation—it completely blew my mind. In that moment, I knew with absolute clarity that my passion lay in the world of interactive design, now known as UX Design. It was the path I was destined to follow, where creativity meets technology to shape the future of user experiences.

In my previous roles, I've had the privilege of contributing to incredible organizations like Stryker, where I served as the sole UX designer for their robotics platform, ultimately reaching Senior Staff UX Designer. I built the design practice from the ground up, defined the design leveling framework the organization used going forward, and set the interaction strategy for a cross-functional team of 45+ engineers, developers, and quality specialists. My work focused on revolutionizing orthopedic surgery through cutting-edge technology, with the aim of improving patient outcomes and setting new standards in the field.

As Lead Product Designer at Proscia, I drove innovation and efficiency in the digital pathology space. By setting the North Star product vision and unifying design systems across our platform, I ensured that our products not only met the diverse needs of both research and clinical fields but also set new standards for excellence in the industry. My focus has always been on blending design and technology to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

Currently operating as Principal UX Designer on a contract engagement in the energy sector, applying the same rigor to complex, regulated workflows.

Outside of my professional life, one of my greatest passions is traveling the world with my family. Exploring new cultures, experiencing diverse landscapes, and creating memories together enriches my perspective and fuels my creativity. This shared adventure not only strengthens our bond but also inspires my work, as I bring a global mindset to the design challenges I face.
