North Star Vision
As the Lead Product Designer for Proscia, my primary objective was to establish a North Star vision that would guide the product development process, ensuring alignment with both short-term goals and long-term aspirations.
By implementing a unified design system across two products, we were able to significantly reduce inconsistencies in both the user experience and visual design. This approach streamlined the design and development processes by standardizing components, interactions, and UI elements. As a result, both design and engineering teams could reuse pre-built elements across products, reducing the need for custom development for each feature.
